What I Do

Make Art

I like working with watercolor, acrylic and water-soluble crayons. Most of my canvas pieces are mixed media with bits and pieces of paper and other ephemera that has significance to the current project I’m working on.

Design Products

I find ways to use our very own Philippine handmade paper to make functional and sustainable products like paper wallets, catchalls and travelers notebooks that are durable enough but without the extra weight unlike animal leather goods. Currently, I’m finding ways to design handmade paper products for a sustainable home.

Tell Stories

Everyone has a story to tell and they all matter. I love documenting my everyday life through illustrated journaling. I use travelers notebooks and Hobonichi for memory keeping. You can see some of my journal entries in my portfolio.

Inspire People

I regularly hold workshops in creative journaling and mixed media. For me, it’s not just a job but it’s a ministry – to inspire people to get into journaling and tap into their creativity. Journaling develops a sense of gratitude in our everyday lives and ART heals.
